Growing boy

With my new solid food diet I am growing faster than ever. See what a big boy I am these days?

I love to play little games with anyone I see.


Who me? A flirt? I don't know what you are talking about!


Oh, ok, maybe just a little. I really do love everyone I see though. No one can believe what a smiley baby I am. But I bet you can't guess who my favorite person on the planet is...

My big sister! You thought I was going to say Mommy didn't you? She is a close second, but I save my biggest smiles and most adoration for Delia, she is simply the best!

Mmm, mmm good

I've really taken to this eating thing. Here I am after a meal of sweet potatoes.


Mom says I'm a chunk who is going to eat her out of house and home. I turned 5 months old this week and already I eat a whole banana for breakfast then a whole 4 ounce jar of baby food for dinner.


I say keep it coming Mom, this is good!!

A Few of My Favorite Things

I'm a growing boy getting into everything within my reach these days. Here are a few of my favorites.

Of course every baby loves to sleep, and I am no different. My favorite napping place is snuggled next to Mommy in Mom and Dad's bed. Here I am out cold right in the middle of their big bed.


This is my block. It is soft and squishy and it rattles! I love it.


Smiling is still one of my favorite activities also! It gets me lots of hugs and kisses.


My favorite chew toy is my hands, mostly because they are always available. These faithful friends follow me everywhere.


But by far my favorite thing to play with is my big sister. She is the best!

Food, it does a body good

Hey there friends and family.


Mom decided it was time to start eating food like a big boy.


At first I wasn't so sure I agreed.


But she kept trying and eventually I started to think it wasn't so bad.


In fact I really kind of liked it. I even tried to feed myself!


Now I see why all you big people do this. It's good!! Sweet potatoes here I come...

Since this is my first Easter my big sister had to show me what all the excitement was about.


It wasn't long until I got the hang of it though.


After all of that excitement I needed a nap. Lucky for me so did Papa Dean.


Then I got to spend some time with my Uncle Michael. He came all the way up from Nashville.


Easter was fun, especially getting to hang out with my big sister.

Long Time No See

Hello there strangers! People have been complaining to Mom that there haven't been any new pictures of me. Giver her a break - I keep her very busy.

Yep, you know the kind of mischief 2 month olds can get into. Ah, come on now you couldn't honestly believe a cute little guy like me could get into too much trouble. Could you?



I've just been hanging around with my big sister. She is the best big sis a boy could ask for.


Here I am hanging out with my Dad, he's pretty cool too.
