Sleep: It does a baby good
I went to the doctor today for my one month check-up. All this sleep has been doing something good for me because I am growing big and strong. I am up to 10 pounds 2.2 ounces and 23 inches long. For anyone keeping track that is 50th percentile on weight and 95th percentile on height. Mom says I got my Papa Bruce's genes.

A day in the life of a newborn
After a nice long sleep I'm back to tell you more about what has been going on in the 3 weeks since my birth. So far I have no complaints. Life here is pretty good.
My big sister loves to help take care of me and give me a lot of extra love. You can see some new pictures of her at her blog www.deliamorgan.blogspot.com
I've been spending a lot more time awake getting to know my surroundings.
Whoa, what is that?
But all of this looking around and making faces is very tiring and before long I find myself drifting off to sleep again.

Hello World!
After nine months of vigorous growth I decided it was time to make my world debut. So on December 20, 2007 at 8:34 pm I made my appearance. Here is one of the first looks at my beautiful face...
I was much bigger than my sister, tipping the scales at 8 pounds 13 ounces and 20 3/4 inches long.
Mom and I got right down to the important business of getting to know each other.
As comfortable as this was there was much passing of the baby to be done. There were many more family members to meet...
Here I am meeting my big sister Delia
My proud Dad
Grandma Karen
Grandpa Bruce
Grandma Margie and Grandpa Dean
Uncle Michael
It was great to meet everyone but a newborn needs his sleep.
Goodnight to everyone, I will be seeing you again soon!
